Whistleblowing – our reporting centre for whistleblowers

We want to be informed about unlawful behaviour in our company so that we can clarify and remedy such behaviour. We therefore encourage everyone – whether employees, former colleagues, customers, suppliers or third parties – to inform us of any legal violations.

In principle, employees/internal persons should first contact their superior. External persons can contact their contact person in the company. We realise that this is not always sensible or possible. We have therefore set up a confidential reporting centre for people who have obtained information about breaches in a professional context.

Anyone can contact our data protection officer directly, who receives reports with his team. You can contact them initially by e-mail or telephone. Depending on your needs as a whistleblower, they will also provide you with a secure digital exchange platform and/or meet with you.

How to contact our reporting centre:

yourIT GmbH

Certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2015

By e-mail: whistleblowing@yourit.de

By telephone: +49 743330098-30

All information will be treated in strict confidence and only made available to persons directly involved in the investigation. You can also provide information via the reporting centre without giving your name. We would like to point out that we also follow up anonymous reports. However, we cannot guarantee anonymity to whistleblowers, even if we try to fulfil the wish for anonymity. Further questions on how we handle personal data can also be found in our privacy policy in the section “Reporting persons, whistleblowers”.

We ask for your understanding that the reporting centre should only be used to report violations of laws, guidelines or regulations that we have imposed on ourselves. The reporting centre is not intended for general complaints or warranty enquiries.

You also have the option of contacting a relevant external reporting centre mentioned in §19 – §23 HinSchG or participating in a reporting procedure of institutions, bodies, offices or other agencies of the European Union. We have listed the following reporting channels for you as examples:
