After your project is finished, we also provide an After Sales Service.
Depending on your needs, we offer a yearly maintenance contract for plant inspections. Furthermore, any component used in the plant can be ordered as a spare part. For this purpose, we compile a list of spare parts during the project making it easy for you to re-order parts. Before ordering, you will have an overview including important information of the used components on your site.
Through our hotline you are also able to reach technical staff Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5 p.m (UTC +2). This way we can minimize response times in case of an error.
