Electrified Monorail Systems
Electrified Monorail Systems (EMS) are floor-free conveying systems with running gears that are equipped with a single motor drive. In a fixed rail system, which can be extended with turnouts as well as lifting and lowering stations, various positions can be approached.
Inverted Electrified Monorail Systems
Inverted Electrified Monorail Systems (Inverted EMS) are ground-based 1 or 2-track conveyor systems that use essential components of the electric suspension system. The vehicles can reach speeds of up to 120 m/min and are able to accelerate or decelerate smoothly.
Chain Conveyors
Chain conveyors present a space-saving and diverse alternative to roller conveyors. In contrast to roller conveyors, chain conveyors do not have any bearing rollers and is thus more cost-effective. It serves for transverse or longitudinal conveyance where the conveyed material has a stable running surfaces.
Roller Bed Conveyors
Where no corridor-free conveying is required for assembly lines, picking, shipping areas or for linking production and storage areas, roller conveyors offer you an interesting and affordable alternative. The transportation range also serves as a buffer area, thus ensuring optimal use of the available space.
Belt Conveyors
Similar to chain and roller conveyors, belt conveyors are also container conveyors. With its highly flexible applications for transport systems and conveyors, belt conveyors can be used as a single unit or as an integral part of floating or fixed-cycle operations within the entire plant.
Skid Systems
Skid systems consist of a roller conveyor and a workpiece carrier for receiving transported products. Skid conveyor systems are often used in the automotive industry, where engines, transmissions and body parts must be transported.
Lifting Stations
Lifters connect conveyor systems with different delivery heights. Our lifting stations can be combined with all standard conveyors (EMS, chain conveyor and floor conveyor).
